The 21st Century Fund operates with a very small staff and an extensive network of volunteers who are committed to both Brookline High School and to the cause of public education. The organization is governed by its volunteer Board of Directors, individuals who were elected to ensure that the 21st Century Fund thrives and stays on course.

Members of the all-volunteer Board of Overseers are active in our events, encourage others to get involved and serve as ambassadors to the entire Brookline community. Similarly, the Friends of the 21st Century Fund was established to give volunteers with limited time the ability to make an impact as well.

Volunteers are invited to serve on a number of important committees and work groups which help determine programs and budgets. Volunteers are always in great demand for the 21st Century Fund's major event, the annual Gala. Volunteers who have time to give during the work day can be of great service in the 21st Century Fund office.
